<p>Chris did a great job selling our condo. We set a new record in our building, that exceeded our expectations. I recommended his team to a previous neighbour who also set a new record. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team to anyone selling. We had 100 groups see the apartment in a week, 10 offers. We sold for 30% more than the last similar unit, and 13% over asking.</p>

<p>This is the first time we have sold a property and Chris was fantastic, he made the process very simple for us as we have young children, within hours of our condo going on the market it was on more than 20 different sites and he managed over 100 people attending the open house.</p> <p>He spent his valentines day evening with us until midnight organizing the offers until we came to an agreement on a final offer that we were really pleased with.</p> <p>Thanks Chris!</p>
