I rarely write reviews, but due to the excellent service our realtor gave us I feel I have to. Christopher Slovack listed our townhouse and we immediately had several offers . Chris negotiated for us and within a few short hours we sold at 40k over asking ! We were also searching for another property and the field was very competitive . Chris was on top of it and we were able to see listings immediately when they came up . Luckily Chris found a new listing only minutes old and had us view it immediately . He negotiated a great deal for us and we are now in a fabulous home ! If u are looking to buy or sell I would definitely recommend Chris ! He is extremely contentious and worked very hard or us . He is definitely one in a million as far as realtors go .
