Chris exceeded expectations throughout the entire buying process. He was an ally, friend, and advisor as he helped us navigate our first home purchase. We had been working with another realtor for a year with no luck so we decided to consider finding a home we could renovate and transform into our dream home. Chris was the obvious choice with his expertise in renovating and also being a red seal journeymen plumber. Chris helped us find and purchase our home in less than 2 months. He's smart, professional, reliable and promptly answered all calls and emails. Highly recommend!

Chris Schindel was amazing in helping with the search for my new home. He was ALWAYS available for home tours and never said there were too many! Once we got into escrow, Chris was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place and kept me informed on a daily basis. He definitely went overboard to find a solution when I hit a snag with temporary financing! On the day of the final walk-through in my new house, garbage was left behind that he volunteered to clear just to save me a little money. From start to finish, he treated the situation like he was purchasing the property. And the bonus gift of a cordless vacuum is truly appreciated! I will definitely look Chris up, if I am ever looking to purchase another property!
