He's very careful with your purchase, and makes sure you are buying the best possible place for you and your family. We had no idea what we were doing when we bought and he helped us with that. He's smart and knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a home

I was very pleased with Chris McRae. He was so refreshing after the trouble I had with my last Chilliwack real estate agent. I travelled up to Chilliwack on the weekends to search for properties he had sent me to look at and even contacted me prior to the weekend by email to let him know of new Chilliwack homes to hit the market.
