Our Journey with Chris started just about a year ago, we saw his sign for a house for sale that we were interested In Ridgeway. We called Chris and ended up having a really great conversation with him. This was the beginning of our journey to find the house of our dreams in Crystal Beach Ridgeway area. We conversed several times over the next few months as we were trying to get all of our ducks in a row so we could make a purchase when the right house came up. Chris said it would take time and to be patient as our criteria was quite specific. In the spring, there was a number of listings that Chris wanted to show us and so we travelled out to Crystal Beach as he had several houses lined up to tour. he kept the best to last which was a good strategy and indeed he found us the house of our dreams. Chris supported us with referrals for realtors in Toronto as we have a commercial property to sell as well as our home. This was all very helpful in expediting the process of purchasing our house in Ridgeway. Everything went quicker than we expected as we sold our house in Toronto really quickly, and Chris was with us every step of the way offering advice and help with the sale of our Toronto home. We fell in love with this house in Ridgeway the minute we walked through the doors, and Chris did everything to make the sale happen. He lined up all the services we needed in terms of home inspection, septic tank inspection, even the mortgage broker who was awesome and the lawyer believe it or not, Chris handled everything for us. We moved into this beautiful home on July 3 and we are just over the moon with joy every morning waking up to the beach and the lake views it is spectacular. Thank you, Chris Hendricks for making our dreams come true. There is so much more I could say as when you get so connected with your realtor, they know everything about you and you learn everything about them. It was really an awesome journey for us from start to finish again thank you Chris for making it all happen.
