Chloe was excellent in gauging the market to get us the best price possible for our home, when other realtors advised us to list for less. She sold our home within 24 hours and was very helpful in the negotiation process. The buying process didn't run so smoothly but Chloe was always professional and positive, making a stressful situation that much better and was always available to answer any questions. She found us a new home (really quickly) that we can enjoy for the foreseeable future. Chloe was friendly and one of the most genuine people I have ever met. In my opinion, she always went above and beyond. We will definitely use her in the future for any real estate needs and recommend her to any family in need of a realtor.

Chloe helped us buy and sell in June of 2018. Due to issues beyond our control we needed to get ourselves out of one purchase deal and find another home to purchase. We were away during various portions of this process and Chloe helped us manage the associated stress and attended tough meetings on our behalf with builders and developers. Chloe always came through!

Chloe’s knowledge of property value, neighborhood assessment and recent comparisons in sales made selling and buying a breeze and made me very confident in the process. She was always a quick phone call or text away and was always in communication on anything involving the showings or sale of the home. If I was interested in seeing any homes with little noticed she did the best and worked quickly to get us booked in to see. Working with her was a true pleasure and couldn’t recommend her enough.
