<p>Che was great to work with. He was understanding and patient with us through out the selling process. I feel that Che also knows what it is to live and work in Alberta through the highs and lows and that makes him an extreme rarity in the real estate business. We will recommend him every chance we get.</p>

<p>Che was great. He was patient, and I did not feel rushed or pressured to either make a decision or to settle with something that I was not certain about. He was knowledgeable about homes (maintenance for older ones, etc.) and went over and above in helping me to understand the process (lawyer process, documents needed, etc.), even helping to communicate my needs directly to the lawyer when we ran into some communication strains</p>
