<p>Che was fantastic to work with. He was patient, understanding and empathetic, which is extremely important in a realtor. He was always prompt with communication and gentle with his opinions; never pushy. I would certainly not look past Che for my future purchases!</p>

Would use again for sure. Very easy to get in contact with, responded almost immediately most of the time, and he would always keep you up to date on what was going on. Always on time (which is something I appreciate). Very good at helping you see both sides of your offer when you negotiate. For example I had a harder time getting mortgage insurance for this house I bought due to one issue. I offered to pay 50% of the cost to fix said issue in order to get the place. He pointed out to me that what if it still won't be insured, then I just paid 50% to fix that issue and I didn't get the house.
