Che helped me to sell the townhouse. He is always reachable, replies to any questions right away, any time of day. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, honest and professional. He takes the stress away from the very stressful situation. I would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Che. We’ve sold a few homes in the past and I’d have to say that both myself and my husband would rank Che as one or the best realtor that we’ve worked with. He is very pleasant to work with. He respects your decisions and doesn’t not try to persuade you to do anything your not comfortable with, eg when negotiating price he never pressured us into countering if we felt we were at the point we wanted, he would always agree to our decision. Che always gave us updates on showings and let us know when one was taking place. He always was eager to answer any questions or concerns we had. I can’t say enough positive about Che!!!!
