After using Che to buy a house, my company decided I had to move to Calgary, so I had to sell just a few months later. Since Che is a great agent, I contacted him immediately to list the house. As expected, he had a good recommendation for the listing price, and he got the pictures done and the listing up in record time. By the time the sign was placed in the front yard, I already had showings booked, and the house ended up selling in a SINGLE WEEK! I think it took longer to load the moving truck than it did to get the house sold! Just a fantastic experience instead of the usual stress. Che is a consummate professional, ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS available, ALWAYS reliable, ALWAYS informed. He's happy to help and trustworthy. I've worked with about ten agents over the years and Che is far and away the best. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and I will be contacting him when I need to buy another home. Whatever he's getting paid, he deserves double!

We worked with Che when we were relocating from Milton, Ontario to Edmonton. We did a weekend house-hunting trip and Che was fantastic in organizing all the viewings for the first day and arranging return visits to our shortlisted properties for the second day.
