Che Taylor is a very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating realtor. He is also very punctual. He provided us weekly updates. Che is an outstanding agent and we are very happy to have this great opportunity to use his service. I had looked at a lot of houses with Che last year , and had almost bought one before I got news that my company was moving cities. Had to back out of that deal, and I was actually very sorry that he wouldn't be getting any commission from a sale, since he had worked so hard. I was very pleased that my company was able to stay in the area and I could again contact Che to look for a house. He is a great agent, knowledgeable in all areas of the market, who learns what YOU are looking for very quickly and doesn't waste your time trying to upsell you or showing you houses you don't want to see. Working with him is like working with a friend, an "everyman" who is interested in you getting what you need in a house, not a salesman who is interested in a commission. During our tours of houses I discovered he has a very keen eye for uncovering potential problems in the home, and was always able to tell me if the house was good value for the money based on the market. He is a consummate professional, ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS available, ALWAYS reliable, ALWAYS informed. He's happy to help and trustworthy. I feel that if a situation had presented itself where I was unable to view a home, I would have been quite comfortable sending him in and placing an offer based on only his say-so. I've worked with about ten agents over the years and Che is far and away the best. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and I will be contacting him when I need to sell and buy another home. Whatever he's getting paid, he deserves double!

My agent has been more than an agent and at the same time very professional. He helped me and my wife sell our house in a very short period of time after trying out for a long time with a different agent that was not good at all in communicating with us or cients.
