Small old house on wrong side of street , a tough sell with small commission. Figured I would end up at the bottom of a long list but signed on anyways. His top notch professionals came the next day and the listing was up that evening. It was amazing , beautiful pictures and a great presentation. Every day for months I seen or talked with Che , daily viewings , bringing his own clients , inspections and on going work updates ,etc. I'm still in shock , this guy is the best around and he put an incredible amount of time into my little house sale. He truly has a work ethic second to none . Thanks for all the hard work Che !
