<p>Cheryl was the agent for the people we bought the house from. We told her up front that we did not want to hire an agent ourselves but that did not stop her from assisting us in every possible way. She went out of her way a few times to accommodate us and if we had been selling a home we would certainly choose her as an agent. Her assistance to us not only helped us but certainly helped her clients sell their home.</p>
