<p>I have gone through the process of buying and selling six homes in three cities and have dealt with my fair share of Real Estate Agents both good and bad :) Got Cheryl's name from a colleague, when looking to purchase a home very quickly that had just come on the market. Cheryl was quick to respond to our first contact - even though she was out of the city. She came back just to get us through the house for a viewing that day, was realistic about house prices, was knowledgable about the area and surrounding areas and gave us down to earth advice when dealing with a multiple offer on the property. Cheryl was there along the way helping with processes and making sure all conditions were met and that we were set for closing. She also helped us find some good professionals in the area to deal with as well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cheryl if you are looking for honest, realistic, down to earth Real Estate advice and assistance....in fact we are using her again to find a commercial property as well....</p>
