Cheryl was the perfect agent and fit for us during our house buying process. This was our first time buying a house, and we were buying in a new country (we are originally from Europe and have just become permanent residents in Canada), so the entire house buying process was very daunting for us. Cheryl's deep knowledge of the entire process really helped us and put our minds at ease, and we felt like we were really supported throughout. She was very efficient and organised with everything we requested from her, and to add to everything, we really connected with her on a personal level. We would 100% recommend working with Cheryl!

<p>Was debating selling my home to cash for houses....not only for the quick sale and the fact it needed some work with the condition it was in...decided to go with talk with a realtor agent.And am I glad that I did...she convinced me handily that she would get me top dollar for my home....not to mention 60k over asking...ching..ching💰💰....being a first time home seller...Cheryl was very professional and her guidance throughout was what I thought was spectacular right up to the SOLD sign going on the house....she still stayed in contact with pointers on a number of things after the purchase.....and a pleasure to work with....Great job Cheryl and thanks so much again....Would highly recommend you to my family and friends</p>

Cheryl was thorough and kept up with good listings that were consistent with what I was looking for. She responded to texts and emails promptly and was great to work with.
