Cheryl is a great Realtor! She is very knowledgeable, hard working, responsive and ALWAYS puts her clients first. She sold our house very quickly for top dollar, and was a ROCKSTAR negotiator when it came to purchasing our new home. I highly recommend her!!!

Cheryl was beyond incredible. In an extremely competitive market, Cheryl was supportive, patient, and encouraging in helping me find a home to purchase. She visited countless homes with me and was eager every single time; despite frequently being the unsuccessful offer - she doesn't give up on you or discourage you! She genuinely cares about her clients, and easily adapts to indecisiveness and mixed messages (sorry Cheryl, haha!). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a realtor; not only is she likeable and friendly, but she’s super funny too, and I’m sad we no longer get to visit strangers’ homes together.
