Chelsey Charalambidis helped me fulfill my goal of buying my first home! I am still giddy that I am a homeowner. I had a rather a short timeline for my goal, so finding something that was suitable and immediately livable was a tall task. Her knowledge of the Valley and her experience as an agent helped me immensely in my search! I gave her a few lists of possible homes and she sent me detailed descriptions of the possible problems with the home, what other agents had said about the home and whether or not it would be an ideal match for my goals. My dream home ended up being the 3rd home we saw, but I still checked 4 other homes just to make sure that I was right. She also scheduled me for a second viewing 24 hours after the first, so I could see if my impressions held up. Her negotiations with the selling agent also helped me to feel really good about the purchase price.

Chelsey was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer we were pretty lost going into the process and Chelsey made us feel so comfortable from start to finish. Always available and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Chelsey to anyone looking to buy in the Courtenay area.

Chelsey exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Purchasing a home is a huge decision and the process is complicated, but Chelsey helped us feel supported and confident throughout the entire experience. Her knowledge of the community and surrounding neighbourhoods was also immensely helpful for us as we weren’t as familiar with the area. On top of that, her negotiation skills are incredible - she helped us get the property we fell in love with at lower than asking price in an absolutely wild housing market.
