Chelsea is an outstanding agent who has her clients best interest in mind. We were first time home buyers who will be using her services again without hesitation for future transactions. Chelsea is readily available for showings/ questions, very knowledgeable about the market, pricing, and areas within Ottawa. Chelsea was able to quickly grasp what we were looking for in a house, which was particularly helpful as we were shopping remotely from a different city. Chelsea showed us many homes virtually, and did not hesitate to let us know her honest thoughts about the price, area, quality, etc. We knew we could trust Chelsea and had confidence that she knew what we were looking for in our first house. She was also able to recommend an excellent home inspector who was objective, professional, and extremely thorough. Chelsea was even able to help us in negotiating the purchase price after our initial offer was accepted on condition of inspection, given some unforeseen costs that our inspection highlighted. I would recommend Chelsea without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell. She gives real estate and her clients her all, and it shows.

It was awesome to have Chelsea leading us to sell our home in Orleans. She was efficient in her work, very knowledgeable about fair value in the east end, and great to work with. Even in the middle of unforeseen legal issues on the buyer's side (completely outside of my or Chelsea's control), she was calm and handled the situation with poise. Ultimately, the result was exactly what we needed. We will definitely work with Chelsea again!

A+ Before listing our property, Chelsea did a thorough survey of similar properties, and gave us an accurate estimate of the value of our property. She met us at our home, explained the process, answered our questions, helped us stage the property, arranged viewings, kept us apprised of developments, and guided us during negotiations. She was knowledgeable, efficient, diligent, accessible, kind and polite. Her professionalism exceeded our expectations.
