Chase was a fabulous choice for our realtor needs and we would highly recommend him for your future selling and or purchasing needs. . He helped us through the recommendations of decluttering and staging of our 20 year old home, to the extremely quick sale, and then the purchase of our new home. We started our journey with Chase in the spring of 2020. We didn't want just a 'good realtor', so we made sure to do our homework. After shopping around we were happy with Chase. Being first time home buyers, we didn't know much at all. Throughout the year we were working together, Chase was always available to answer questions and show us what we were interested in seeing. He advised us with honesty and integrity throughout the whole purchasing process. He is down to earth, earnest and professional. He has connections with all of the local developers and realtors, and we felt more and more like we chose the right realtor for us. Sure enough, he guided us towards our new townhome and we are very excited to move in soon. We went from being happy with our choice of realtor at the outset to, 'we couldn't have made a better choice' by the end.
