<p>I needed to sell my mother's house as it was too big and we moved her into a nice condo which she really loves. The catch is that I currently live in Ontario and due to covid have not been able to travel back to St. John's since March of last year. Charles Harris was recommended to me by a member of my extended family. I truly believe that Charles went well above and beyond in accommodating the extra demands required during this time in both helping prepare and sell the house, and even helping my mother find the condo she ended up in. Having Charles as my agent really gave me a lot of confidence that all was being looked after appropriately even though I was unable to come down in person. I would recommend 'Charlie' to anyone who wished to buy or sell a home.</p>
