I am very impressed with my entire experience working with Chantal on my condo purchase. When I approached Chantal, I was casually looking for a condo in Regina. I wasn’t in a rush, and I was willing to wait as long as it took to find the right place at a price that I could afford. Chantal was able to schedule bookings at times that worked for me, which were not during regular business hours, and she was always on time or already at the property before I arrived for the showings. We took the time to view several units before I found “the one” - I didn’t feel any pressure from Chantal to make a decision, lower my standards or change my choice of property location. Chantal was available when I reached out to her with random questions (I had a lot of them!), and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she got the answers and followed up in a timely manner. Chantal is not only outstanding in her expertise as a realtor, she is also connected with essential service providers required for the purchase transaction; legal, inspection, insurance and mortgage. As a newer resident in Regina, I did not have the contacts and I would not only recommend Chantal, but every service provider she recommended is excellent. I will definitely recommend Chantal Blaisdell to anyone who needs a realtor, and when I am back on the market to sell or buy in Regina, I hope to have Chantal as my realtor in the future.
