Chad was awesome to work with , kind , knowledgeable, easy to talk to , always available within minutes for any questions, we’ve sold a few homes in the past I would put him at the top of our list for realtors , would give him more than 5 stars if we could .

I dealt with Chad on the sale of my moms home. My husband is a realtor so I kind of know a little about this industry. My 5 star rating across the board says it all. I highly recommend him and thank him for going the extra mile. You da best!!!

Chad was very helpful with the entire process and as we were not there to sign all the documents he made the process go smoothly. His skills negotiating are great and I have feel very comfortable contacting him with any questions. He set everything up to make the long distant purchase simple!!
