<p>The O'Hara sisters, Cathy and Marlene, are absolutely amazing! I rated 5/5 in every category because I am compelled to be truthful. They are the most lovely ladies and I can't say enough about our home buying & selling experience because we were smart enough to trust in them. Their professionalism, customer service, and integrity is what makes the O'Hara sisters really stand out. They proved time and time again that they really cared about us and had our family's best interests at heart. They were with us every step of the way, made themselves available at the drop of a hat, and explained in detail all the wonderful things I had difficulty wrapping my head around! They gave us advice, and tools, on how to best prepare our home for the market - what buyers would be looking for in a home - in order for us to get the best price; taking their advice literally paid off! Marlene and Cathy are so caring and personable, they made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. They worked their tails off - even on Canada's 150th Birthday, they were holding an open house! The thing that I admire the most about the O'Hara sisters, is how they reach out to the other agents - be it the listing agent, or the buyers agent - and invite them to be part of the conversation IN PERSON. They don't just send off emails, faxes, texts and hope for an answer. They follow up, they make calls, they invite all concerned parties to the same table and encourage transparency & honesty; the O'Hara sisters have integrity. <p>I was living in Toronto looking for a property in St. Catharines - 1&1/2 hrs. away. I knew nothing and no one. Cathy took me under her wing and showed me properties that met my specifications and budget; she did not push me, which is very important to me. I felt I was heard.</p> <p>Being a newcomer she also pointed out all of the amenities in the vicinity of each property, as well as the potential drawbacks. She also arranged contacts for a mortgage broker, lawyer and home inspector.</p> <p>Cathy was very direct, open and honest and I felt that the focus was to make me happy - the focus was not to make a sale at any cost.</p>

<p>I am very blessed to have Cathy and Marlene as my agents. They did a good job and I also enjoyed all the interaction due to their warm nature.They were professional and had a vast array of knowledge which provided me with ample tips for the preparation and sale of the house. They were also available to meet with me to discuss any concern I had. I especially enjoyed having them as my agent because they were very kind and attentive. Thanks to their expertise and attention given, the whole process was smooth and successful and I was pleased with the multiple offers I received in days.</p>
