Cathy was an outstanding realtor for a first time buyer. She was professional, objective, and responsive, always returning my calls/texts promptly. She gave honest feedback of each property we viewed, outlining the pros and cons of each, and never pressured me into a sale. Unlike other realtors, the property suggestions she provided were hand-picked and tailored to my needs, rather than just sending me every listing in my price range and preferred location. She also went above and beyond when looking for comparable properties while negotiating price. 2020 was our second time working with Cathy. The first time when we reached out to her we ended up buying the first condo we viewed. We couldn't resist as it was exactly what we asked Cathy to find for us. The purchase was smooth and we were very happy with how things worked out. Since we were already amazed with Cathy's work last time we have reached out to her again this year when we got ready to upgrade to a house. We started getting ready to sell the condo and then COVID came. Despite all the adjustments we had to do for COVID and market fluctuations Cathy was very helpful and available to answer any questions about the market, to book the showings for our condo and organize viewings for the houses. Cathy has helped us to sell our condo and to buy our new house during the challenging COVID time and we are very thankful to her! Cathy was wondering to have as a Realtor, she made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed when buying our first home. Her friendly, caring and open personality made it easy for us to explain what we wanted and she was able to find it. Amazingly enough we decided on a home we had overlooked while searching on our own. She suggested looking at it and it made us relook at the listing, and then we fell in love with it. Her knowledge of purchasing and what to look for and what to be cautious of really helped us know we were picking a good home. The amount of times she would answer my questions in the evenings and weekends should have made her crazy, yet she handled it graciously and extremely quickly. I will always recommend her to my friends and family.
