Catherine was amazing in every respect. We got in touch with her while still living in British Columbia in the hopes of finding the right home in Leduc, Alberta. She went out of her way to make sure we find something we like, did a wonderful video tour of the house we ended up purchasing and the rest is, as they say, history. Once we said we liked the place and wanted to make an offer, she did everything quickly and professionally. Once our offer was accepted, she recommended a law firm to complete our purchase documents and worked with out mortgage broker to get everything ready for financing. Within less than 3 weeks, we completed everything and took possession of our (new to us) duplex in Leduc. If you are looking to purchase a property in the Edmonton area, Catherine will go above and beyond to make it happen. She is highly recommended!
