Cassie was excellent with helping me through the first time home buyer process. She made everything very clear and was accommodating with my schedule. I would recommend her to anyone and specifically to military members as well since she is BGRS approved and has good contacts who are also approved on BGRS.

When we approached Cassie to list my home, even before the home was listed she had potential buyers lined up to view the home. This really stood out to me as it showed she had tenacity in selling the property. Whenever I had a question she was extremely prompt in replying with a clear and concise answer. Being that this property was my first home that I had lived in for ten years, I had plenty of simplistic questions. My home was only listed for thirteen days before we got an offer and ultimately sold my property. Cassie also helped us in finding a new home that would meet the needs of our blended family, she was just as excited in seeing the properties as the real-estate agent as we were the potential buyers. She in no way tried to push us into a home that we didn't like and we ended up with a fantastic home. In summary I could not be happier with the exceptional service that Cassie provided whilst going through the selling and buying process, even though it was a daunting process being such an inexperienced person myself. I will recommend Cassie to co-workers and friends in need of a real-estate agent that is tenacious in achieving results and quick sales.
