Cary had hands down made selling the easiest process ever. I had also had a baby and he went above and beyond what any realtor needed to do, he had even helped us load the moving trailer! He was available to answer any and all questions I had as well! Hands down, he deserves the 5 stars and beyond!

I was very glad to have Cary as my realtor. He helped me all the way to the end and never quit on me specially this time that market price was so high. He is very professional and honest. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a realtor who is honest and ready to help. What i saw in him is, he is willing to help not just for money. I highly recommend him. So, if you are reading this and you are planning to purchase a property give him a try and you will not be disappointed.

I was extremely impressed with the work of Cary Cobb as I was beginning my search of investment properties in Calgary. Not only was he able to point me towards appropriate listings, he went further in investigating factors that would affect the bottom line of an income-producing property and shared that information in a spreadsheet that would allow me to consider the various factors. Some factors he included were average rent in the area and the appraised value of the property compared to the price. When we toured properties, he had mapped out a logical progression of properties to see. Everything went smoothly on the tour. Over and over again he demonstrated that he was knowledgeable about the areas he was taking me to and the current market for that type of property. He was also proactive in helping me communicate with a mortgage broker regarding a potential mortgage. Finally, he was extremely personable and appropriately friendly. I recommend him to other buyers without reservation.
