Entering into this client/realtor relationship with Carson we both knew that I had a property that would be challenging to sell. He did his homework and laid out every bump in the road that we would likely encounter. But he also came up with a plan for how to deal with every bump we knew we would hit. It wasn’t easy. And when there was no buyer interested, he went out, he grinded, and he found a buyer! And when that buyer flaked out, he went out again, I don’t even want to know how many calls he made, and he found another buyer. Yada yada yada, everything he said would happen happened. And everything he promised he said he would do he did. And he even sold it for above list price! I can’t thank Carson enough. He will be my agent for as long as I live, or until the robots take over.
