Carmen has assisted us with a sale and 2 purchases. She is very professional and goes out of her way to accomodate our requests - no matter how time sensitive and what else she has on the go. With our last purchase we weren't sure where we wanted to purchase, except that it be in a small town. She spent a great deal of time with us going to various small towns within 2 hours driving of our current residence. If there was information or details of properties that she wasn't aware of, she found out and provided us with information in a very timely manner.
