My wife and I are 80+ years old US citizens. Cara arranged staging our condominium, photographing and showing it to multiple prospects. Most important, she was a friend throughout, who stepped in to admit trades people when needed and referred us to highly competent legal and accounting professionals to help us through sale and compliance details. She was always positive and kept us positive when local condo demand flagged.

Cara was patient and encouraging from Fall 2023 until our completion date April 3rd. It was long journey and lots of showings, but LPC had many outstanding projects, which did not help a quick sale. Thank you, Cara staying steady on the marketing our condo.
