This was my first time selling a house and I couldn’t have done it without the guidance and support of Candice! She was by our side through every step and was there to answer questions with every little (or big) worry we had. Her knowledge, experience and assurance helped us through what could’ve been a very stressful time, it was a pleasure working with her, you will not be disappointed!

It was my first time buying a home, and Candice was recommended to me through a contact in Toronto. She did a great job explaining all the little things to me, and connecting me with who I needed to along the way (e.g., mortgage broker, lawyer, inspector). She was readily available to chat by phone and text, and I liked her honesty throughout the process. I was a bit up and down at times because this is such a big decision, and she was patient and understanding. I wasn't in Halifax for some of the sale process, and Candice was able to go to the house for me multiple times to get things done (e.g., picking up a modem, or a bedframe that got delivered early). She also left some thoughtful housewarming gifts in the house for me, which I appreciated!! To sum up, I would say she's professional, experienced, honest, dependable.

Candice was amazing to work with! A true professional who knows the ins and outs of Halifax real estate. Being out of town meant trusting Candice’s sound judgment and knowledge about Halifax and it’s surrounding area. She happily viewed properties at short notice and wasn’t afraid to tell us her thoughts along the way. Candice bent over backwards to get us all we needed to make the purchasing of our investment property a breeze. We highly recommend Candice and wouldn’t hesistate to use her expertise in the future.
