Honest and straightforward is how I would describe Cam. He offers up a fact based assessment of your home and doesn’t try to give you a false sense of overinflated worth. He’s sold both a condo for me, and my parent’s old home, and the process was quick, smooth, and pain free. He offers up good advice for getting the home ready to sell, and guidance through the whole process. He relates well to both young and old clientele, and in the cases of both properties, we got listing price. Work with him as a partner, and your home will sell.

Camron guides us through our first time experience buying. He was consistently suggesting neighbourhoods, and properties that fit our tastes. Not only did we learn a lot about what to look for in the floor layout and quality of finishings, he pointed out some construction worries that we would of otherwise missed. Although there were some tough winter months with low inventory in our price range, now that we are approaching our possession date, we only have good memories of the process. Extremely grateful that Camron was recommended to us, and we will be sure to pass his name along to anyone else that is looking!
