Calvin was very efficient and helpful in finding our new home in Edmonton. Of the 15 or so properties we had an interest in, it was actually one that he found that met all of our needs once he got to know us. Would highly recommend.

his response time is great which is usually within an hour or less unless he is in meetings. He is very good with informing when he can respond when he can not immediately.

Calvin has been doing his work, above and beyond since day one. The communication was right on point, he knew right away what we were looking for as new investors. When negotiating I was given useful advice, and for very practical results ! No matter how busy with meetings, showings or conferences, Calvin responded quickly and was able to provide his services. Calvin adhered to the criteria we had set for purchasing rental properties. He took the notes and started sending us potential properties via email even during the Christmas break. The property we ended up buying was emailed to us in early January. He came out with us to view a few properties in the middle of the deep freeze with deep snow. His work ethic was/is unparalleled. Calvin was very responsive to our questions and requests. He went out of his way to make the whole transaction easier for us. He did research on the rental market in the area to give us an idea of the rent we could charge. He even reviewed the condo documents which was beyond his responsibility but he did it just to make sure everything was in good order. We are very happy with his great services.

Calvin hands down is the best! He goes above and beyond, doesn’t matter what time of day you can definitely count on him for answering your questions. He always kept us up to date on any views, feedback or just how everything was looking in the market. He has also given us many pointers on how to spruce up our house to sell. I would definitely use Calvin for future services as well as recommending him to others.
