Calvin is a key piece to my power team. I have used him to buy and sell many properties. When you have someone with his knowledge of the market your homes will sell quickly. Many realtors try to tell you what they think you want to hear. He tells it to you straight. My last house was listed late Thursday evening and we had an offer by 5pm the next day for asking price with only a financing condition. Then to top that off we received an over asking unconditional offer the next day. Either way my house was sold. I would recommend Calvin to anyone. Calvin and his team did a fantastic job. I wanted to sell my house and came with a great strategy to sell it ASAP above market price even though it was mid January (not a great time to sell) and mortgage rates were so high. But thanks to his fantastic job, I had 11 showings within five days after listening plus 10 open house showings ended up getting three offers less than five days after listed my house. Calvin has been patient and considerate of our needs as we tried to sell our house at the beginning of COVID. Just before we listed our place, we changed our mind and decided to rent for a year. He was honest about the benefits and drawbacks renting and the potential change in value of our place. After renting for a year we got the place on the market and Calvin was invaluable in negotiating a price higher than we had anticipated.
