Caine was our realtor for our first home purchase and we could not have made a better choice! He was incredibly knowledgeable, very responsive to all our questions, and made the process as simple as possible. We met with Caine on a Thursday, had viewings on Saturday, and had an accepted offer by Monday afternoon. He knew all the right things to look for during the viewing to make sure we felt confident in our purchase. Once our offer was accepted, Caine and his team walked us through every step in the process, so we always knew what to do and when to do it. Plus he had contacts for everything we needed (e.g., inspections). We had a friend also buying their first home at the same time, but working with another realtor and our experience was night and day. It really highlighted how grateful we were that we went with Caine. He provided so much guidance it took the stress out of the process. We are now 1 week living in our new house and we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend Caine for anybody buying a home. Thanks for everything Caine and team!

Caine was definitely the right guy for the job. He knew the area, knew the homes, and quickly figured out my style after 2 showings. He'd lay out all the facts in front of me and let me decide on the direction to go. I would have liked a little more advice with regards to bidding on a home and some more strategies on how to approach a multi bid situation however. All in all though caine won't let you down and he'll keep you calm and in the right mind when you find that house you go crazy for. If you want someone to sell you any house, don't get this guy. If you want someone to help you find a home you can afford and meets your needs.. this guy's your guy.

Caine Harrison from the Bagogloo Team went above and beyond for us and was so responsive and efficient at getting things done, he made this process go so smoothly and made first time home ownership a fun experience! Caine communicated very promptly between us and the seller and did well to meet requests on both sides.
