We relocated from Ontario in fall 2025 and wanted to explore as many Okanagan neighbourhoods and property types as possible before deciding where to buy. Having never been to the region, everything was new-market trends, pricing for homes, condo options and local considerations like plumbing systems and wildfire risks. Because we were coming from another province, we needed time to understand the market before committing. Throughout our search we met several agents, but Byron stood out immediately as trustworthy, approachable, and genuinely supportive.We told Byron that we planned to purchase in the spring, and he respected our timeline completely. He let us reach out as needed, answered our questions without any sales pressure, and stayed in touch in a way that felt natural and helpful. After 5 months, we were ready to buy and arranged property tours. Byron came well-prepared, answered every question, and followed up with additional research when needed. We ultimately purchased on leased land, which came with extra considerations. Once again, Byron guided us through the process, offering clear explanations and the connections we needed to make a confident, informed decision. We’re incredibly grateful to have met Byron and looking forward to staying in touch.
