Bryon did an excellent job selling my house, He did a diligent preparation before he marketed the house, analyzing the market conditions, talking to the tenants, getting the house on the market. He did a great job talking to potential buyers and was very smooth with the presentation, attentivness and getting back to the potential buyer.
