We interviewed several agents and Bryon's plan for getting our house sold as well as our ability to work with him was what initially won him the business. Our next step was getting our house ready to sell. Bryon walked us through what would be nice to have completed and what was important to have done to make the house show well. We gave have him 6 weeks notice and before we wanted to list and he went to work pre-selling our house. Bryon and Shirley made a great team, doing exactly what we asked, on time, were planful and organized. Their photographer made our house look so professional it was amazing.
