Bryon and his assistant, Ben, made buying our first home exciting and easy. We were new to the entire process and he patiently walked us through every step. He listened to what we wanted and found an incredible home for us that fit all our criteria and that was well within our budget. We’re looking forward to working with Bryon and Ben again in the future when we eventually upgrade!

I've known Bryon for more than 10 years and we have done few deals between Bryon and my extended family. I am very satisfied with the service, the knowledge and the results from him and also we are in the middle of another deal that we are doing.

My brother has recommended Bryon about seven year ago and eversince then, in all my real estate dealings I"ve dealt with Bryon. He sets the right expectations regarding the property itself and does and an excellent job promoting it. In 2018, after I completed one of the duplexes I built, Property Brothers has approached me and asked to tape one of their episodes. After taping the Property Brothers episode, Bryon took an excellent advantage of it and in a midst of a mini economic crisis and very slow market, he sold both properties within a week. 3 months later, the market dropped 6% in value which I avoided thanks to Bryon's efforts.

This is the second time we have used Byron to sell a home for us. He was great. Very helpful. He brought us two competing offers quickly on both places. Both above asking.
