Bryce Hansen and his team was very helpful in helping us find the perfect location as we moved to Comox from Alberta. When we came on a prospect tour, he arranged a dozen properties to view and drove us around as well as writing up an offer on our selection . We had an offer on our house fall through at the 11th hour and were unable to close . When we were able to sell , Bryce reactivated our offer and we closed on the perfect location.
