If I could describe Brooke’s approach towards her clients in one word it would be family. Family is how she treats you throughout and even after the entire process. Brooke recently helped me purchase my second home, after a disastrous experience with another realtor I was fortunate and blessed enough to find Brooke off of a recommendation on Nextdoor neighbor and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. When I contacted Brooke she immediately set up time for us to meet face to face to get to know me and what I was looking for. After learning what I wanted in my house she immediately set up a MLS search and found a property that matched and took me there immediately which I was not expected but loved because of how quickly houses go in this market. While this didn’t turn out to be my home, Brooke kept sending me potential fits and whenever I saw one I liked she got me into view the house the same day! Once I did find my home Brooke was extremely transparent with her communication and gave me advice just as if I was family. Brooke would update me daily and when I had lender issues on my end she was there to immediately help me find someone and then provide me daily updates on our closing. Even after closing Brooke has remained in contact with me checking in and even helping out with questions and help that I need even though her job is over, her exact words to me were “Brad you’re family and you’re stuck with me forever”. I’m so happy to have found my dream home and forever realtor, Brooke’s knowledge, compassion and commitment to her clients and doing the right thing for them is unmatched by any other realtors, trust me having dealt with multiple realtors in this crazy climate she will always have your best interest and be there every step of the way and after.

<p><br /> BROOKE IS AWESOME! She took us through the selling our home step by step and made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. Then she did a competitive analysis of our market to make sure our house was priced right for the sell. (To our excitement it was higher than we expected.) She helped us work toward the best case scenario but was also keeping us realistic so we could review each offer with a level head for what would be the best for our situation. In one day we had 4 offers on the table and accepted one right at our asking price. That tells me that we had someone on our side who knew the market and did their homework!<br /> As we continued toward closing, she was continuously available day or night if we had any questions. She was able to comfortably handle discussions with our buyer when we needed to push back closing a bit.<br /> Overall, this was the most painless, hassle free home sale that I have ever been a part of and it's because we used a true Real Estate Professional!
