We worked with Brittany to find our perfect forever home! She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and very responsive through our long journey through initially considering land, to a very competitive bidding war on a second property, and finally to a comprehensive and fair offer on our desired home that covered us against quite a few warranties and fixes! She continued to help us by acting as our rental agent for our old property and found an excellent tenant for us! Would highly recommend!

She employed a stager that made my home look like a dream and a photographer whose video of my home made my whole family want to buy my house. If I ever sell again, I pray Brittany will be available. I can't say enough good things about Brittany. This process was new and scary for us, and Brittany arrived like a superhero and walked us through the entire thing like a pro. She replied to every email very quickly and always answered our questions. When she didn't have the answers she made sure to get them. She was calm and reassuring when the stress of it all was overwhelming for me. She was firm and took charge when dealing with "the other side" for us. I absolutely know that no one else could have gotten us from "listed" to "offer" in under 9 hours. But Brittany did. Within a day of listing we were conditionally sold. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
