Our experience with Britney from our initial meeting to closing on our house was phenomenal. She really listened to what our wishes were, and was so prompt in scheduling viewings based on our availability. When it came time to put an offer in, she walked us through everything we needed from our financing to home inspection and made sure everything was seamless. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Britney for any future home purchases or sales!

Britney communicates well and is prompt and professional. She makes you feel like you are her only client and that she will always make time for you and your questions.

Britney is the best realtor I have worked in over 41 years of buying and selling my homes. She has an excllent grasp of market conditions and values. I ranked her 5 out of 5 in communication and would have given her a 10 if there was a 10 box to tic. Her organisation skill are amazing. Should I need an agent she will be the first I will call.

Britney is an awesome agent. She's quick on her feet, very responsive, and NOTHING fell through the cracks with her. She was always willing to view a property I picked out within a day or two, and was recommending properties to me as well. Today's market is super competitive, and Britney did a great job helping me decide what to offer and if it would be competitive. There was no BS with her, never pushing to offer more if we didn't feel like we needed to, or if it wasn't worth it. Which is something I feel like agents could easily take advantage of in a market like this. Even taking care of every little detail after having an accepted offer - scheduling inspections, giving me to-do lists, reminders, etc. At no point was I ever worried or confused about what had to be done or who was doing it. She's super organized and knows her stuff. 10/10, absolutely no complaints from me. I looking forward to working with her again, and I will recommend her anytime I have a friend buying/selling.
