We recently hired Brian for the sale of my mother's home. I would definitely recommend him without hesitation to anyone who is interested in selling their home. Brian was very professional but also warm and caring and that can be a difficult line to walk. There were a number of complicating factors regarding the sale, not the least of which was that we had moved my mother into a care facility in a different municipality and, for the most part, needed to complete the whole process remotely. The house was also very old and was showing its age. It's not always easy to tell people negative things when representing them but when a person's honesty comes through it shows real professionalism. Brian was quick to respond to calls or texts and at times went way above and beyond what could reasonably be expected from a realtor. The assistance he provided to us was second to none. Overall we had a very positive experience with Brian. If we had to describe him in two words, I would choose "professional" and "integrity".

Brian's greatest strength, and this is why we enlisted his help a second time, is that he is detail oriented, knows his stuff inside and out, does research, looks at alternatives and can be completely trusted, personally and professionally.
