Buying a house was never on my radar as I was terrified to take that step. Once I realized that it was the better financial option for me to do, Brianna was incredible every step of the way. She was communicative, punctual to viewings, and provided helpful information and honest feed back on the properties I was looking at. She helped me get out of my comfort zone which lead to me finding the perfect starter home. I can't express enough gratitude I have for Brianna and her patience with me dragging her all over the city until we found the right one. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for their first home.

5 star agent with no doubt. I was looking for a property to buy in very tough seller's market. I had a few personal complications to fight through for the deal. I expected my search will take a while but Brianna was very professional and resourceful to help me overcome the hardship. I fell in love with the very first property she took me to and was able to close the deal much quicker and easier than I thought thanks to her. I will definitely go back to her when I'm ready to buy next home.

Working with Brianna was exceptional. She made herself available when needed (even during a short trip out of the country). She had timely responses to any and all questions. I gave her a set of fairly specific parameters for this latest purchase and she delivered. She didn’t try to persuade or “up sell” anything and gave her honest opinion at all times while still providing various alternative suggestions. I found her to be very professional throughout the entire process with clear and concise information with her role and obligations as well as seller’s and us as buyer’s responsibilities.
