We were out of town during the selling process and the necessary communications and documentation signing was a breeze. Our house sold in one day and at full asking price allowing a stress free and seamless transaction.

Brian went above and beyond to show us this property as an out town buyer. From going to the property with his phone to show us visually what we were curious about (with amazing commentary of the space) to meeting us the next day as we arrived by ferry. He arranged for us to meet the selling agent and they answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable about the property and extremely thorough. Helping us find someone quickly to inspect the property the very next day! This was done with great attention to every detail, we felt extremely grateful for his utmost attention and care.
