We used Bryan to both purchase our new home and sell our existing, in both cases he did an outstanding job. He was able to help us negotiate a good offer on our new home and helped to sell our existing home in only 4 days very close to list price. Brian was not only knowledgeable about the market, he had deep experience with renovations and was able to answer our questions about different ideas when viewing homes. We will definitely use him again and reference to friends and family!

I highly recommend Brian. He has tremendous knowledge in the housing market and, what seems like an endless list, of service contacts that are trustworthy and priced reasonably. Brian is extremely busy, but never too busy to answer a call or call back in a timely manner. Also a quick call-our to his team. They all work hard to make the sale happen.

Brian was honest and straight forward. He sold my home in five days, which was amazing. Even after the home was sold Brian was still there to help with details. Even helped me move some shelves. An exceptional experience.
