<p>​I recently sold my house using Brian Bevington's services. He was recommended to me by several family members, all three of whom had used him to either buy or sell a house. I am so glad I listened to them! Other agents I interviewed told me that agents who charge less money do a substandard job, but the truth is, I have sold 3 other houses in my lifetime and have never experienced such good service from an agent! I had to barter with other agents, all three times, to get them to do open houses, but this is something Brian did as a matter of course. That, plus using a professional photographer to take pictures of my property, printing glossy brochures highlighting the features of the house, advertising widely on line and on MLS, connecting with agents who showed the house to gauge reactions to it, calling many agents to let them know the house was on the market, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Outstanding service, much appreciated. All with a greatly reduced commission without sacrificing the commission going to buyers' agents, so the property gets as much exposure as possible with no disincentives to other agents. I will actively recommend Brian's services for buying or selling a home, with no reservations.</p>
