This was a really stressful time for me but Brian was always checking up on me to see how I was handling it all. His positive attitude and confidence in the process gave me peace of mind. Jarett's advice regarding prepping home and sale price was very valuable. His connections with other agents and investors also brought showings quickly. He gave lots of feed back from viewings and kept us informed on all dealings. We highly recommend Jarett and Brian and would use them again in the future! Jarett was also knowledgeable in dealing with an estate /probate situation of our sale.
