Bri Clarke-Farmer was amazing to work with. She was there from step one of exploring new homes in Airdrie / Crossfield, to the decision to build, to advising on upgrades and resale options, all the way to the day we were handed the keys to our brand new home. We told her that we had no idea what went into buying/ building a house and she made sure we never missed a beat. She answered all our questions, and kept all our information organized. It’s a big step to buy a house and she never made us feel like our questions were dumb and made sure we were prepared. She works so hard and deserves to be recognized. She went to bat to us when we asked her (and won) when the builder took longer than expected and got us into our home with our having to increase our mortgage. She also sold my grandfathers house in about a week during all this. She is amazing at what she does!

Bri was our realtor for the purchase of our first home. She was always clear in her communications and truly made the home buying experience seamless! Overall, I was very impressed with Bri as my agent when I was buying my first house. Her knowledge of the real estate market, buying process, and property considerations far exceeds her years of experience. She was very responsive with communication and she had an appropriate level of urgency in my search. Additionally, she has good recommendations for inspectors and lawyers, which made things easier. She was able to answer all my questions throughout the process and I would feel comfortable recommending her to anyone looking to buy a house in the Calgary area.

Bri was everything we could have asked for as a real estate agent when we bought our first home. We had virtually no idea what we were doing and Bri patiently and professionally walked us through every step of the process. She also helped keep us within our budget and understood our needs in a home. There's a reason I referred her to not only my brother, who bought his first home as well, but my parents who were selling their home.
