We ran into Brett at an open house and was impressed with the feature sheets and information on the house he had listed plus he was actually trying to sell the house he was in, not just trying to pick up our business. My wife and I both agreed after looking at open houses all weekend that this is who we needed to represent us as he seemed very honest and down to earth. We were glad we did! Brett was very patient and helpful through our buying process and actually showed us the sold comparable in the area so we knew that we were not paying too much. We got a fantastic price and so thrilled with our bungalow. We will have Brett help our daughter in a couple years when she is ready for her first condo. Thank You!

<p>Brett recently helped me to sell a home in Calgary and I have to say that he exceeded all of my expectations. In a terrible market, Brett was able to sell the property at a price that was much higher than expected. Further, Brett was incredibly persistent in his efforts to sell the house. These efforts included having many open houses, doing plenty of research to answer the questions of potential buyers, and keeping me involved at every step of the sales process. While Brett's work ethic and execution were excellent, I have to say that I would most recommend him because I felt I was able to trust him. Not once did I feel that Brett had anything but my best interests at heart, and I find that to be invaluable when dealing with something so important as selling a home. I would highly recommend you consider using Brett to sell or buy a home.</p>
